Come and learn the technique of including copper wire into your fused glass pieces to create pictorial works! Experience with cutting glass is required.
Please bring a simple design or picture of what you want to achieve with the copper wire. There is no time in the workshop to think about images or draw designs, so please come prepared. See the images of Jackie's work for some ideas of what works well.
Your piece will be 6" x 8" and your drawing should fit within that space and be half an inch from the edges. There is a $20 supply fee, payable to Jackie at the beginning of class. It includes copper wire, base clear glass, and firing paper for one firing.

About the Instructor:
Jackie is a multi-media artist with an MFA in sculpture from University of Hawaii Manoa. She has been refining this technique for many years.
Cancellations:
Enrolled participants may cancel up to two weeks before the first class and get a full refund. After that date, if someone is found to take the workshop the fee will be refunded. If no one is found, the fee will not be refunded.
